Listening to people and working together
We are committed to ensuring that equality, diversity and inclusion are embodied in our services and the support we provide. To support these intentions we established a service-wide diversity and inclusion group chaired by the Director of Adults and Health which meets regularly. In addition, separate sessions focused on improving practice are held by managers and frontline staff.
We remain committed to strengthening our partnership working with people who use our services, family and friend carers, staff and stakeholders and we aspire towards a culture of co-design and co-production being at the heart of all our work – a strong theme running through our Adult social care strategy 2022-25.
