The  Community Hub is available for residents 365 days a year dealing with a range of enquiries, providing information, advice and guidance, and signposting to sources of support. It provides support to people and families, delivering on Government commitments, including: 

Since its launch in March 2020, the hub has:

  • managed over 70,000 inbound contacts via phone, email, and e-form
  • provided support for over 55,000 households under the Household Support Fund, including support for Free School Meal-eligible children during the school holidays
  • provided over 20,000 residents with direct food support, both with food parcels and hot meals.
