Technology Enabled Care

NRS Healthcare provides telecare within West Sussex. Technology Enabled Care promotes independence and autonomy for the individual and peace of mind for carers.

Thumbs Up!

The Thumbs Up! Campaign is promoted in West Sussex by Mid-Sussex Speak Up, a self advocacy group for people with learning disabilities.

Time to Talk

Time to Talk offers practical help and support, employment advice and support, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, counselling and signposting. They help people with issues such as anxiety, sleep, phobias, stress, depression, panic attacks and low self-esteem. Contact a local GP surgery to find out where the nearest Time to Talk centre is.
