Reaching Families is an organisation which provides a source of support for families of children/young people with special educational needs and disabilities in West Sussex.
They have two books ‘Making Sense of it All’ (a guide for parents/carers of children 0-14 years) and ‘Making Sense of Adult Life’ (a guide for parents/carers of 14+ year olds). You can download a free copy from their website.
