Our Offer to Providers

6.1 Our Commitment to Providers Is That We Will:

• Develop effective partnerships and relationships with providers ensuring regular opportunities for connection and engagement with commissioners and also by responding promptly to queries and issues raised by providers.
• Offer support in key areas; through the available teams and services, QAMs team. TEC team, Market Development Project and Lifelong Services Commissioning Team, offering advice, information and support where this is possible to support achieving our goals.
• Share our plans at early stages, co-producing and collaborating with providers and aiming to be as transparent as possible.
• Listen to and communicate effectively with providers working towards resolving issues and challenges where this is possible.

6.2     West Sussex County Council has a commitment to promoting social value and to be carbon neutral and climate resilient by 2030 by using our limited resources wisely and embedding environmental sustainability in the procurement and delivery of services.
