Vision for Care and Support At Home
“West Sussex County Council will continue to work with provider organisations to grow options for services and solutions which provide care and support to people in their own home even as their needs become more complex, to help maintain independence, and prevent and delay the need for residential care options for as long as possible.
We expect there to be an increasing need for more care and support at home services to support people in future, particularly as demand grows, and we will aim to ensure there continues to be a range of good quality solutions available across the county providing good outcomes for local people.”
